The Undisclosed Team presents a preview of the Season 15 Premiere episode of Truth & Justice with Bob Ruff.  Bob is investigating a case that was sent to him by Rabia when life circumstances wouldn’t allow her to fully investigate the case herself.  In this preview you’ll hear a collage of segments from the full episode, which can be listened to in its entirety on the Truth & Justice podcast feed.   https://www.truthandjusticepod.com/ Host Bob Ruff begins his journey into investigating a potential wrongful conviction in the City of Benton Harbor, Michigan. Bob, a High School Broadcast Journalism Teacher, is joined by two of his students as together they promise to tell the stories of a community who feels ignored by their City Leadership, and reveal the truth in the tragic murder of Demorrio Lowes. In this season premiere episode we learn the history and background of the City of Benton Harbor, and discover how this once thriving hub of industry and entertainment devolved into an impoverished community plagued by violence.
Enjoy this special presentation of Proof: Murder at the Warehouse, a podcast from Undisclosed’s very own Susan Simpson. On June 5, 2000, Ramos’ body was found buried under a pile of debris inside the shell of a new Home Depot building. Despite tips hinting at alternate suspects, Renee’s boyfriend, 18-year-old skateboarder Jake Silva, and Ty Lopes, the 33-year-old uncle of one of Jake's close friends were convicted of her murder. Follow the case as Susan and Jacinda uncover long overlooked evidence about what really happened to Renee by listening to PROOF: Murder at the Warehouse wherever you get your podcasts.

Eye witness testimony, especially in a traumatic situation is not very reliable. I was in a robbery situation myself and came face to face with the suspect. I thoroughly described him to police. I was so convinced I knew his hair colour and clothing, height and everything. But upon watching security footage, the description was actually quite wrong. I did my best, but humans are not very reliable in these sorts of situations.

um, I think you meant to say "criminals resisting arrest dying in the middle of the street and half of society is not holding these criminals responsible for their actions. Instead, they want to turn the criminals into the innocent party and the police into criminals." ok, glad we corrected that... you may continue.

Other than sleeping on the job, I didn't hear him do anything wrong. I not only didn't hear sexual harassment, but I heard no harassment of any type. At most annoying, but stopped when asked. He sounded like he just wanted a friend. The VA sounds like they were looking for any excuse to fire him.

Has it been mentioned at any point whether Beverley has a long history of drug abuse? Because she sounds like long term former or current heroin addicts. I thought maybe they haven't mentioned it as a respect to her?

I'd ask if it's a conflict of interest or a violation of police ethics to have a mother (cop) interrogate her son but we know the police are not well known for their ethics.

okay I'm sorry how was the wrong person convicted for this? like everything points to the husband what are you talkin about why is there some different dude being arrested and imprisoned for this. like cops are so stupid it makes me really question a lot of cases where people say they're innocent and have been saying the same story for years and years like they might just be because this is got to be the husband like he's a drunk he can't pay bills he married a woman who is better than him and people think he was weird and had a temper but he didn't go to prison for this because he said he didn't do it that's crap

YOU can call them whatever you want but one day you will be thankful for people who will save your ass from a tyrannical government. Ironic that people who purport to fight against injustice would unconditionally back the government.
