hey, that ogre that you saw.....did it have a talking donkey and a cat with it?
Bullshit those 7 people had nothing to do with it. This screams cover up . They were acting way too shady to not be involved.
this is odd to me. no mention of anything taken, house is completely tossed, yet family believes it was a random robbery? crime of opportunity/empty house robberies don't involve a full tossing of the house. they take the obvious, small electronics, cash in the kitchen or jewelery in an underwear drawer. lawn mower or power tools out the garage. the person who did this was looking for something they felt they knew was in the house. money, drugs, documents. the family is very light on details, here, and someone knows more than they're saying.
I was thinking the same thing…
so the teenager acts like a teenager and it's the evil house?? sure.
This was in my hometown! How did I not know about this?
Ghost stories are fun but does anybody actually believe this nonsense?
A shared attic in an apartment????? No. That is NOT ok!!!!!
his sister, who is also a cop, had asked how the guy in the back seat of Jimmy's car get out without touching the door handle...who gets out of a car without touching the door...Holy hannah woman, the dude could of been wearing gloves or used the sweatshirt to wipe down the areas that he touched...she also said she was suspicious that his death could of been an inside job of the LE that had jurisdiction and handled Jimmy's murder case....if it was an inside job....there could of been a cover up on any finger prints that was in that car...or they never dusted in the areas where the guy was sitting...
All these big theories, and this could be something as some as him cutting the wrong people off on the freeway on his way to the school. They followed him, shot him, and disappeared back into the night. There is no deep motive, no links to his past, just big egos with unregistered weapons.
Brittany's best friend and her boyfriend was there the weekend before the murder, did Brittany not wash the sheets after they left? Did they not find her best friends DNA on the sheets as well. No sign of forced entry and they say the screen off the window looked staged. Sounds like they have their suspect they just need to take a closer look at him. She let him in and he killed her. That's what it looks like to me.
For it being so dark. The dude sure did see alot! And how did he see muscle definition? Bigfoots are covered with hair!
I agree. If there is one situation tht gets me riled its anyone or any entity messing with family. How lacking in brain cells is the police AND the courts. This is a blatant cover up. The "good ol' boy" history down in Texas I thought was decent as in neighbor to neighbor, love of God, family and tradition. What the hell, has somethg like money, tht u cant take with you, infiltrate decency down there? Its not the Texas I hve held dear for a long time. Ya"all KNOW wht ur doing, n is no better than the evil the devil has. If wht is right cant be done to fix this idiotic wrong, well ya'll can go to hell.n
they should have looked into the sister’s ex boyfriend more - matches description of eye sightings and would have probably been known to tabitha so she would have been more likely to get in the car with him. polygraphs aren’t reliable in 2022, they definitely weren’t 20 years ago.
Isn’t it obvious it was the ex-wife? A hired hit to get her kid back
I love me some Sasquatch stories.
my condolences for the family's loss his sister has a beautiful voice, she should do it as a profession
OMG YESS!!!! As a lifetime watcher of this series it made my day to find this podcast. The Netflix (TV version) lost so much of the original vibe, and multiple stories at once format, that I can't wait to dive into this podcast and see if it carries the OG feel.
i've always thought of this case as being primarily a murder rather than robbery - imo, this guy was probably a disgruntled customer. these payday loan places are known to be scummy companies that take advantage of people who are already in a bad situation by charging huge interest... as to why he didn't have a mask on covering his face, she probably wouldn't have buzzed him in if he looked suspicious or he could have just not noticed they had cameras! just my thoughts
