Love the show, I'm on my probably 6th re-listen
Wow i totally forgot how wonderfully funny light hearted and surreal this British comedy sitcom is the characters and actor's are all top notch and wonderfully eccentric this is my third time listening and i still giggled and had a smile on my face all the way through.if you haven't listened to this before and enjoy British humour i highly recommend it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I love this podcast I am very sad it has come to an ending :-( Awesome work guys, I look forward to hearing more from you all
too long
AMAZING!!! Listening from Australia! absolutely in love with this podcast!
better than most tv shows out now.
This show is so good, it should be a tv show.
Love this podcast!
this was hilarious
I am Soooooo in love with all of you! This podcast is absolutely brilliant! I've been laughing my tail off every night and telling everyone who will listen. Thank you!!!!!!!
I highly recommend this podcast. It is witty and clever. I love the characters. If you like understated, British humor you will like this podcast. Have you noticed that every single podcast on this platform is set in a post-apocalyptic world filled with ghouls and monsters? Well, Wooden Overcoats is an exception, and I find that refreshing.
absolutely beautiful episode! I loved this!
Wonderful series full of theatrical British humor and charm recommended 😀
What a beautiful episode. This hit me hard with the melancholy. I loved how everything was mostly resolved, too. I feel empty, though...I need more! Antigone!! Now look here--
This episode was so endearing!
I thought it would be hard to top season 1 and 2 but season 3 finale was fantastic.
Wow, I finally get the joke of her name and character. Clever... and suspicious, one could say. I would totally listen to a series centered around her.
Imagine a man with Doc Martin's brusque lack of any bedside manner whatsoever, coupled with Blackadder's conniving ability to turn every situation to his own self interest (or try to, at least). Now imagine that this highly unsavory character ran a funeral parlor with his morbidly depressed and romantically repressed twin sister, Antigone, and thier plucky yet overworked assistant, Georgie. Thus begins the story of Rudyard Fun, whose life of overseeing death in the small island community of Piffling Vale seems almost perfect, despite the many quirks and idiosyncrasies of his fellow Pifflingites. That is, until the handsome, successful, and annoyingly pleasant Eric Chapman moves into the abandoned delicatessen across the street from Fun Funerals, opens up his own funeral parlor, and has the absolute, unabashed gall to win over the hearts of everyone on the island. Everyone except Rudyard and his team, of course. Well, most of them, anyway. Chaos, funeral stealing, and copious amounts of
This podcast is brilliant! I love it! Such fantastic acting and sound production too. Plus, it's hilarious and so very British! 😁❤. I wish they were going to do more seasons but it sounds like it's all wrapped up. 😭
I just found this podcast after listening to king falls and was hoping to find something similarly funny. this did not let me down. The ensemble of actors are marvelous. The story flows seamlessly. Great podcast. Well done.
