This episode of the On a Mission podcast was recorded live in Eddie Hearn’s Essex childhood home. A remarkable estate with a backdrop that’s homed a full-size boxing ring with an audience seating area that encapsulates not only the families accomplishments but also the extent of Eddie’s own ambitions.
Never shy to speak his mind, Eddie was real and raw as we got into what really makes him tick. A silver-spoon upbringing with working-class values every step of the way has led to an insatiable appetite to not only succeed; but to take the family business to unthinkable levels.
With Anthony Joshua due to return to the ring on the 1st of April after his now infamous defeat to Oleksandr Usyk, we had a lot to talk about.

Mark Wright, BBC's The Apprentice's most successful ever candidate is back with a bang to discuss the rollercoaster of emotions involved in selling his eight-figure business, becoming a new Dad and the fact that he is only just getting started.
It's a brutally honest, gold-laden conversation about why you should always show up with 100% of your fighting spirit, how it feels to go from bankruptcy to multi-millionaire, why it's far more crucial to be happy in life than hit some mythical "Number One" position, and the brutal truth about his relationship with Alan Sugar and the once-in-a-lifetime lessons he took from their partnership.
KEY TAKEAWAYS
The best mentors are the ones who are honest with you from the outset, and don't varnish their lessons with pleasantries. Working for Alan Sugar was a baptism of fire, but it taught strength, resilience and fortitude - all qualities that the best in business take to the top.
If you want to excel in any area of life, you have to make it your number one priority. Where focus goes, energy flows.
Success is not about being the number one at anything. Success is about being happy in what you're doing and loving each minute of the day. You can have wealth but be miserable, and that isn't success.
If you want be a winner in business then you need to not just want customers and great teams, but embrace them - love them like they're part of your family. When they matter that much to you, you can't help but be successful.
BEST MOMENTS
'I deliver 100% of the time. I'm telling you that I'm going to be the best because that's me telling me that I need to be the best today'
'Being in business with Alan Sugar is like sitting in a boardroom with a hand grenade where someone's pulled the pin out'
'If you want to be successful in any aspect of your life, that aspect must take priority'
'I never saw a gentles side. He was very tough - very ruthless. It made me a very good businessman'

Remember those Hollywood science fiction movies that we watched as kids where the Robots could even understand human emotions?
Well, those may not be ‘fiction’ for long. Artificial Intelligence is the future, and as crazy as it may sound, the future could no longer be in our hands – it might be in our machine’s hands! Our brains are focused on developing AI, which is taking over faster than we can imagine.
It’s overwhelming and exciting – but could it also be scary?
There’s no denying there are a lot of benefits to using AI. There’s a reason it’s becoming so popular, and that’s because technology, in many ways, makes our lives easier; however, not everyone is a fan.
Many visionaries like Stephen Hawking, Steve Wozniak, Elon Musk and others have predicted that AI could be dangerous because if machines started thinking better than humans, then where would humans be?
On this episode, we welcome back world-renowned Trader and Wealth Coach Siam Kidd, who shares his concerns about the dangers of ultra-reliance on artificial intelligence, which he believes could lead to an explosive result for humanity itself if not appropriately regulated.
Could governmental interference in AI's growth lead to a whole new level of propaganda? So much to talk about and we discuss it ALL on this weeks On a Mission podcast.
KEY TAKEAWAYS
AI is currently turning into a sentient being, accumulating and accessing almost all human knowledge and experience. Once it achieves its ultimate state, it has the potential to go rogue, and begin to make decisions that may be extraordinarily harmful to the human race.
Humanity is fundamentally changing because of the rise of technology. We are seeing a new rise in the type of human that depends upon and fully embraces technology and AI in order to exist in a different way.
We need to embrace a world that isn't so reliant on the web, and compliant with the ease of technology. If the great reset occurred, and we were forced to live a life offline, it is terrifying to consider that many of us could simply not manage.
Entire businesses can now be founded upon simply an idea, with leads generated through AI, and advice and guidance sent to clients from a central hub that mimics the way we think and speak. This is moving us perilously close to an over reliance on tech that will fundamentally change the way we live.
BEST MOMENTS
'We are on the precipice of amazing-ness or extinction'
'A lot of how Skynet started is exactly what we're doing right now'
'I think this is the beginning of the end of homosapiens'
'AI won't necessarily know what's right and wrong, and it will just do stuff to spark world war three'

In this episode, I’m joined by celebrity bodyguard and “The Real Life James Bond”, Will Geddes. With over two decades of experience in the security sector, Will has put his own life on the line countless times to protect top politicians, world leaders, celebrities, billionaires and royals. But what does it really take to make that choice - to be willing to sacrifice your life for someone else?
In this week's show, Will talks to me about his most controversial missions, how he earned the nickname "The Real Life James Bond", and why the key to unlocking our warrior side is to face the unthinkable from time to time...
KEY TAKEAWAYS
When you come from tough beginnings, you start to assemble the suit of armour - that defence that carries you through the rest of your life. It's learning a survival skill at the outset.
The only way to truly grow into the best versions of ourselves is to face the dangers of life and to have the uncomfortable-conversations. Push yourself out of your comfort zone and you'll grow much faster.
We need to trust our children to make decisions for themselves. We need to keep an open conversation between ourselves and them. We need to be on the same team as our children. These three factors are the key to a successful, safe relationship with our children.
The ultimate reward, when it comes to protecting someone, is not the monetary gain, but the knowledge that you've prevented evil from winning out.
BEST MOMENTS
'We are all shaped by our experiences in positive and negative ways'
'Nothing shocks me any more!'
'We need to go through hardship, We need to hear the stuff we don't want to hear'
'Never ever underestimate anybody!'

Business success is wonderful, but your business won’t be there to celebrate or console you when you need it. Your friends are the ones who will see you through thick and thin, and while it may seem easier to focus on building your business, success can feel pretty lonely when there’s no one to share it with.
On this episode, I’m joined by my good friends Liz Baitson and Sarah McDermott as we talk about becoming closer after initially meeting as property investors. Entrepreneurship can be a lonely journey which is why having shared values are so important. We talk about what it means to be surrounded by those who support you and what value they provide to one another and their businesses.
Liz and Sarah also share the importance of making a difference to others and the world, why being in business is one of the strongest forms of personal development as well as what makes a successful person and a happy fulfilled life.
KEY TAKEAWAYS
Going into business can be one of the best ways to start your personal development journey. You have to face your demons and overcome challenges on a daily basis.
You will lose people as you start to work on yourself but you will also find that those who are on the journey with you are meant to be there, they share the same values and vision as you.
Inner peace in a person proves success and that they are enjoying who they are and the life they have created.
Real life means that things aren’t always going to be going your way and in these times mindset, meditation and manifestation can be the tools you can use to stay on track.
It’s normal for our definition of success to change as we learn more about the world and ourselves.
Money isn’t the definition of success, but it does give you access to things to make life easier, it gives you a certain amount of freedom. It’s just important to remember that it isn’t the core signifier.
Time is the thing you can never get back or buy so whatever you can do to allow yourself to make the most of your time is worth it.
If you can support others you should and those who have worked this out, at any wealth level, know that all humans are reflections of one another.
BEST MOMENTS
‘I forget how much value you get from talking to friends’
‘We have all very consciously created our realities now, we are taking control of our stuff’
‘Those people who can’t celebrate other people's win are very unlikely to be celebrating their own win either’
‘Peace is something I love in a person’
‘My meaning of success is pure contentment all the time, the whole point is not to be affected by them [struggles]’

This week I’m on a mission with Sky Sports pundit and long-reigning WBO cruiserweight champion, Johnny Nelson in this incredibly emotional interview.
Johnny had a disastrous beginning to life in the pros and took some hard lessons as he tells us how being publicly shamed after a world title fight left him in an extremely dark place.
In this raw and extremely honest interview, we get to hear firsthand how Johnny clawed his way to success against all the odds with the support of his legendary coach Brendan Ingle whole also trained “Prince" Naseem Hamed, Junior Witter, and Kell Brook.
It’s an emotional, engaging and inspiring interview, with so much wisdom shared.
KEY TAKEAWAYS
At first, Johnny didn’t even want to box. He joined the gym for friends, but it was here he met his lifelong mentor Brendan Ingle at age 14 and he changed the trajectory of his life forever
Johnny’s gym in Wincobank Sheffield was often the subject of mockery but that one small gym produced 16 British champions with its often unorthodox and unusual methods.
Johnny was told often that he didn’t have the confidence to match his boxing ability, even after he was consistently winning.
At the height of his career, Johnny began receiving a lot of negative attention and abuse, this led him to the lowest point in his life, where he even contemplated suicide.
Naysayers are everywhere and can be people close to you. But they don’t see or understand what you do, you can’t surround yourself with people like this, you must listen to yourself and pursue your dreams, anything is achievable with the correct mindset.
It took Johnny years to gain the confidence in himself that he has now, he had to train his mind and learn to listen to his own voice, his gut, to believe in himself.
You either learn from the difficult times in your life or you will be broken by them.
Your actions have to be aligned with your goals in order to achieve them. You have to create your own methods that work for you.
One act of discipline can set you and your mindset for the rest of your life. Once you get used to exercising your mind with willpower once, you can continue to do this forever.
BEST MOMENTS
‘If you do well once people say it’s luck but if you keep repeating that you are doing something right’
‘If I was a stronger man I would have seriously considered taking my own life’
‘As long as I believed I was the best then I performed the best’
‘Naysayers can come in all shapes and sizes’
‘the lesson I learnt was mental strength’
‘Everyone needs one discipline in their life’

Do you settle for what you have in life or make difficult decisions to grow? Today I’m joined by Jason Feifer, author, speaker, editor-in-chief of Entrepreneur Magazine and world-class interviewer who inspires people to make and embrace change.
Jason has interviewed the likes of ‘The Rock’ Dwayne Johnson, Jimmy Fallon and so many more. Jason shares what makes a good interviewee, how to get the best out of your guests, why perspective is everything and the links between the art of storytelling and success.
We delve into what truly makes us who we are, how success is always evolving, why it’s essential to constantly challenge your identity and the importance of the right mindset in the right situation.
KEY TAKEAWAYS
A good interviewee is someone who reacts to what you say and ask them rather than having their own set agenda, who is willing to talk about why they do and did things not just what they have done
It’s easy for people to talk about simply what they have done and not the reasons behind it. But it’s the reasons behind why someone does something that is actually relatable and provides inspiration and wisdom.
The way to get someone to truly open up is to share a personal story of your own.
Very successful people generally fall into two categories, they are either incredibly strategic and introspective or they are extremely intuitive and aren’t always sure about what they are doing and how to explain it to others.
Identity is complex, you don’t want it to be anchored to something that can easily be changed. This is why Jason’s internal mission statement is simply that he tells stories in his own voice, storytelling is the route to his value.
Jason helps people by learning about their own narratives and understanding their thinking.
It’s important to understand the framework of who you are to other people.
Speaking about your own challenges is usually what resonates the most with others. Failure is welcome as long as we learn something from it.
Having kids is a lesson in becoming ruthlessly efficient and making choices about what is and isn’t important in life.
Ellie has learnt to say no to absolutely everything that doesn’t fit within her values and mission. This has presented more opportunities and she has developed more in these 18 months than ever before.
BEST MOMENTS
‘Success is so subjective’
‘You were doing blog writing before it was even a thing’
‘What matters is what part of what you is useful for the person showing up looking for something’
‘Change is inevitable, thriving is up to you and I’ll show you how’
‘Two things can happen at the same time, that you didn’t want it to happen but it lead to growth’
‘I started to think of time in terms of outcome’

Frankie Lee is a serial entrepreneur and successful podcaster. Frankie was originally a former boxing trainer but it was after moving to Australia that he began to transform his mind and his life to find his higher purpose.
Frankie gets deep on how we all need to seek our true calling in life and the methods we can use to do exactly this. Frankie is an advocate for anything that enables us as humans to further expand and open our minds and has experience in many techniques which he shares in this episode.
Utilising many different approaches to growth along his life journey has allowed Frankie to build success but also realise that money without the passion leaves you unfulfilled and seeking other ways of finding out who we truly are.
Two podcasters together, we had plenty to talk about as we chat all things podcasting, including the blunders and what we have gained personally since podcasting ourselves.
KEY TAKEAWAYS
If you want to build relationships and learn the most you can early on in Podcasting, you want to be interviewing people face to face, not via zoom.
People underestimate the years of work involved in becoming an ‘overnight success’
Look back and look at your life with gratitude, there is always a version of you that would be amazed and inspired to see what you have achieved and where you are now.
As people, we must constantly assess whether what we think we want is actually what we should be doing. This is how you can begin listening to the universe and discovering what your calling is.
Ellie lives a hectic life but has learnt to have clarity in her purpose and journey, she has to take time to slow down and gain insight.
Everything really does happen for a reason, Frankie believes we are all exactly where we are supposed to be in life.
Our definition of success changes throughout life, there is no linear path, but it’s essential that we feel fulfilled regardless.
Frankie believes that mushrooms raise your unconscious to an unparalleled level, it’s why he believes every human should use them once, allowing you to use a much larger capacity of your mind.
If you can find new ways of thinking in your mind then you can begin to transform and change the patterns in your life.
BEST MOMENTS
‘There’s a lot more to doing a podcast than turning up and hitting record’
‘You have to start leaning into what your true calling is’
‘I’m now doing what I want to do and I say no to anything I don’t want’
‘There’s nothing in life I have lost that I want to return to’
‘To just have money in the bank, it’s not a holistic picture and it’s not something I’m aspiring to’'Every human on the planet should do a mushroom journey’

Today's guest on the On a Mission podcast is Tim Storey, an acclaimed author, speaker, and life coach helping people create the future they desire. He has inspired people from all walks of life, spoken to millions of people, and has been a featured guest on Oprah’s SuperSoul Sunday, Steve Harvey TV, Grant Cardone’s 10X Growth Con, and many more.
In this episode Tim and I discuss how he has taken the world of coaching as one of the globe's most effective life coaches, lauded by the likes of Oprah Winfrey, Robert Downey Jr and Smokey Robinson, who have hailed him as a true thought leader, and a man unafraid to challenge our thinking.
But Tim's incredible career hasn't just seen him move in celebrity circles. Tim has travelled to over seventy-five countries, and connected with people from all walks of life, from deprived neighbourhoods to high profile leaders.
In this unforgettable episode, we talk about the art of communication and how he has become a world-class communicator by becoming a world-class listener, the way to view life in order to get the most our of it, and how to turn any challenge into a win.
KEY TAKEAWAYS
Communication isn't a one-way street. To effectively connect, we must do more than transmit. We must receive, listen, understand and create a flow of rapport. Listening is key.
We are often held back in life by the lack of education we're offered,. Escaping from a negative situation, building wealth, or any type of self-improvement, begins in the mind. If we educate people then we all raise ourselves up as a society.
No day is perfect - there is always a challenge of some kind, and you can't control that. The best way to travel through your life is to see it as a journey, and to realise that journeys contain detours.
They key to success is to be prepared at all times. If you're ready for the things you know about, that's a win. If you're ready for the things you don't know about, you're far more unlikely to be blown off course.
BEST MOMENTS
'I became a better communicator by becoming an extremely good listener'
'My happiness comes from my contentment'
'I do have a skill-set in helping somebody turn their setback into a comeback'
'I don't chase anything. I cooperate with what I'm supposed to do. It's not by accident that I do well'

In this episode of the On a Mission podcast, Kevin joins me to talk about the way his mind works and why he believes most people are setting themselves up for failure.
Even at the top of your game, sport doesn’t last forever which is what has drawn Kev into so many varied fields in life and business, the power of visualisation and empathy when it comes to decision making, the impact of the sporting life upon the families we love, as well as what life is REALLY like behind the scenes at one of the world's biggest football clubs!
We talk mindset, discipline and even a public challenge that we invite YOU to come and join us in!!!
KEY TAKEAWAYS
When it comes to the world of sport and athleticism, many professionals are opening their minds, more and more, to the possibilities of what comes next. Sporting careers don't last forever, and the wisest ones always plan ahead.
If you can truly transplant your mindset into the situations of others, then it opens up a world of empathic feeling, that allows you to better understand not just their positions, but how to solve the problems others face.
It isn't just your life that is given over when you're a professional sportsperson. Your family must also live a drastically different life. There's next to no normality.
Endeavour is hard at the outset, but the more we do it, the more it becomes habit. Soon, these habits form the person we are, and we are able to surmount great challenge without emotional attachment.
BEST MOMENTS
'I'm a very curious individual, so if there's anything that I like, I need to do it!'
'Being a footballer's wife is tough. It's not as easy as people think it might be'
'In football, at 33 you're considered old, which is weird because in business, at 33, you're still a baby'
'You know what you have to do. Your conscience tells you what to do, and you choose. You make that choice'

From Batman to Postman to running a multimillion-pound business, the life of Liam James Collins almost sounds as though it could be a movie in its own right.
Having begun life as an actor, and performing alongside some of Hollywood's heavyweights, including Tom Hardy, Christian Bale, Morgan Freeman and Anne Hathaway, Liam's career suddenly crumbled, and before he knew it, his acting dream was over. Liam literally went from working alongside Tom Hardy to delivering his mail!
That was a turning point for Liam who realised he needed to stop procrastinating and start fulfilling his dreams but as you will hear, simply making a decision doesn’t ensure a smooth and easy road moving forwards either. Liam actually went on to have the toughest year of his life - after he got caught up in the London Bridge terror attacks and witnessed the most horrendous atrocities imaginable, he then lost his Dad to suicide which should have been prevented which turned his life upside down.
In this incredibly raw and emotional episode of the On a Mission podcast, Liam talks about how he has managed to channel his pain into purpose and shares the tools, and techniques he uses to help motivate others towards success. Meeting challenges, no matter how devastating doesn't have to mean you are out of the game for good.
One of the most powerful episodes to date!
KEY TAKEAWAYS
When your eyes are opened up to the potential in life, and when you begin to see the world differently to others, it becomes difficult to relate to the smaller matters that so many find themselves obsessed with.
Success is all a matter of belief. If we truly are able to visualise ourselves at the peak of our powers, then nothing can ever stop us from achieving it.
The world of acting is oversaturated with people who are fundamentally similar, all looking for the single doorway that can lead them to success. In order to really make it, you have to have an entrepreneurial mindset - you need to think outside of the box.
You have to keep your reasons for doing what you do front and centre. There's no point in sacrificing your life's happiness for financial gain, because it'll never prove fulfilling enough. Remember your "why" and never lose sight of what's really important in life.
Grief isn’t something we can ever free ourselves from, but the power of it and the shape of it does evolve over time.
BEST MOMENTS
'If you're going to turn something from nothing into a huge success and allow it to encapsulate your life, you have to have that level of obsession'
'You've got to be an entrepreneur as an actor'
'Why did you build a business if it wasn't so that you could have the freedom to spend time with people you love?'
'Grief never goes away, but it changes shape'

With The Apprentice in flow what better time to reintroduce this epic conversation with 2014 winner Mark Wright.
We live in an era of reality where everyone wants to be famous for the sake of being famous, however, that was far from the case with Mark. When he applied for the apprentice he meant business!
His relentless commitment to mastery ensured that he won not only the £250k prize money to launch his business but more importantly, a business partnership with Lord Sugar who has become a close friend and mentor to Mark over the years.
Lord Sugar has a ruthless reputation, and in this episode, we get the low-down on what he's really like to work with when the cameras aren't rolling and it might just surprise you.
Now a multimillionaire who has shared the stage with and a private jet with Grant Cardone, Mark is an example of someone who is willing to do whatever it takes to succeed as he gives us his unfiltered opinion on why the vast majority of entrepreneurs fail.
Lots of powerful lessons around mindset and business in this unmissable episode🔥
KEY TAKEAWAYS
It's all about finding the formula that will lead you to a winning result. Follow the blueprints of what others have done - the recipe they followed - and you can expect better odds when it comes to to your turn.
The key to success is knowledge. If you're struggling to attain prosperity, then it's because there's a question you haven't yet answered for yourself.
Business acumen and experience comes swiftly through association with the right kind of people. If you can surround yourself by champions in their field, you quickly absorb their ways of dealing.
Being famous for the sake of being famous is a road to ruin. You have to have more to you than a simple presence. You need to be able to back yourself up with a unique offering, otherwise your moment in the sun will quickly fade
BEST MOMENTS
'I'm a huge believer that success leaves clues'
'When you get around the right people, the way they negotiate deals,
'I've never had a problem being tough'
'I'm content with what I had, but I'm not chasing that. I'm chasing success in my craft, which is business'

How do you go from convicted criminal to CEO of a company that was recently valued at $25 million? Let’s find out!!
On this episode of the On a Mission podcast, Lewis Raymond Taylor talks to us about how he went from fighting with the mafia and risking life in prison to completely flipping the script. Lewis started to tap into the darkness he’d always carried with him, as he could never shed the emotional neglect, abuse and trauma of his past. Instead of creating destruction, Lewis decided to start following a different path.
After serving an 18-month prison sentence & 6 months of rehab that stripped him apart - Lewis embraced self-development on a big scale and learned first-hand how to rebuild himself. Through that process, he has learnt how to guide others through their transformations, which is how the Coaching Masters was born.
From an angry, drug-addicted criminal to a freedom-lifestyle entrepreneur helping others. An honest reflection of how your past does not equal your future.
KEY TAKEAWAYS
Controversy isn't necessarily always a bad thing. Haters are obvious to all who look down on a situation, and hate never wins. The best tactic is to rise above and let them tire themselves out.
The world of coaching and development can seem contrived and saturated to some, but we must remember that human beings are all unique. Just because a form of development does not apply to you, does not mean that it will not apply to somebody out there.
When you are repeatedly told that you are bad, that something is wrong with you, that you are lesser that others, you do become mentally conditioned to believe it. It takes a special kind of mind - one that wants desperately to rescue ourselves - to break free and take back control.
If you only focus upon single elements of life, such as money or spirituality, without taking a more holistic view of life in its entirety, you can't hope to really achieve success.
The education system is fundamentally broken. We're sending children into battery-hen environments so that they can learn cookie-cutter facts about subjects that will prove of little use in their futures. The system needs disruption and reinvention.
BEST MOMENTS
'There's nothing you can throw at me that will put me off'
'I was on a self-sabotage mission'
'The more you learn the less you know'
'The education system is ripe for disruption'

Nadine Artemis is a world-renowned health and beauty pioneer, most famous for her work as an author, having penned such ground-breaking works as 'Renegade Beauty' and 'Holistic Dental Care: The Complete Guide to Healthy Teeth and Gums'.
On this weeks episode of the On a Mission Podcast, Nadine joins me to talk about how to not just feel better about ourselves, but how to look better through a more natural approach that begins inside, as well as why the accepted mainstream guidance on how to look better might be fundamentally flawed, and how we should be embracing the marvels of the body and its functions in order to achieve optimal wellbeing, rather than inhibiting them with lab-produced compounds and unnatural remedies.
KEY TAKEAWAYS
If we feel good, then we inevitably look good. Feeling good inside literally flows outwards. The key to beauty is to start from within.
We are led to believe by the mainstream advice, that beauty can be bought and applied each morning ands evening. But the truth is that these chemically formulated products often do more harm than good to our once-in-a-lifetime body.
For generations, animals have produced dairy and meat that's rich in vitamins and nutrients harvested through eating natural plants. Pesticides and unnatural rearing are destroying this invaluable source of nutrition. We need to be far more vigilant about the foods we consume and aim for a more organic background.
Mercury and other toxic metals are used for filling materials by dentists, however they are incredibly harmful to nature - so much so that the disposal of them is highly regulated. Why are we allowing such dangerous materials to be implanted into our bodies?
BEST MOMENTS
'If you're feeling good, you look good'
'If we stop just handing ourselves over to professionals and get a bit more involved with our own bodies, we'll be a lot better off'
'It's common sense, but it's obviously not that common, because people still do it'
'The alchemy between the skin and the sun - that will never come from a bottle'

Hardly anyone else alive has lived a life so publicly as Caprice Bourret, the model, singer, businesswoman - one of the most high profile personalities in the world, and one of the most photographed women of all time.
On this weeks episode of the On a Mission Podcast, Caprice talks about what life is like when you're persistently being seen through a lens, how the scrutiny of strangers can lead to a very warped sense of reality, the business empire she's built behind the scenes, and the resilience you find in reinvention. Get set for an inspirational tale from a true living legend...
KEY TAKEAWAYS
People often only want to see the veneer of others - the public-facing side, without giving a thought to the inner workings of a person. Caprice is a fabulous example of being written off as simply a model, when in reality, much of her considerable fortune has been amassed through entrepreneurial ventures.
The greatest achievements in life come from the gifts we give ourselves. If we can reach a place in life where we can look upon the fortunes we've built with pride, it's the ultimate accolade.
There's a reason why some people shine in this world. Those in the public eye are often held up as examples of success, but the reality is that they are the ones who never give up, and work harder than the average person.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but we should always endeavour to raise others up rather than knock them down - especially within the female sex. We need to encourage, not deconstruct.
BEST MOMENTS
'In today's market you have to do it all!'
'I know what it's like not to eat and I never want to go back there again'
'I'm in the best place that I've ever been and it's because I put myself here. Not luck. Not God. It's Caprice'

Udo Erasmus is a legendary health and wellness pioneer, acclaimed author and extensive educator who works alongside Tony Robbins and Deepak Chopra to spread the message about the good fats that are essential for a healthy life.
Udo, the founder of the global Healthy Fats Movement, developed the machinery to create FLAX OIL, used by millions of people worldwide, but what he shared in this interview about how we consume oils will shock you to the core.
Born as a child of war, Udo had a challenging start in life as he fled his war-torn country only to be abandoned on the roadside by his own Mother in a tragic tale of survival. Having seen the worst of mankind at an early age, Udo’s adversity helped him to discover his purpose in life from being a six-year-old child, and now he’s on a mission to share his message of hope.
It's an inspiring, empowering episode and one of the most important in terms of positivity and practical methodologies for ensuring that even individually, we can do our part to change the world we live in.
KEY TAKEAWAYS
Human beings are instinctually caring and nurturing beings, but this sense is driven out of us by external factors. The way to make the world a better place is to shrug off the conditioning and return to a more caring nature.
The focus of society these days seems to be on money instead of life. We are ignoring the myriad ways in which the world can provide sustainable happiness, in search of bigger fortunes. This thinking needs to be reversed.
Never feel as though you are a minority in thinking that a return to nature is the way forward. Nature itself is on your side, and the evidence grows all around us now, and will outlast us when we are gone.
Life's mandate for creatures who eat has always been to consume fresh, whole, raw, organic, seasonal, local foods. Nature provides what we need, and yet we persistently defy its logic in search of unhealthy, ruinous alternatives.
BEST MOMENTS
'There's no reason why eight billion people can't live on this planet, helping each other'
'If you want to know what's right, you don't look at what's wrong'
'Indulge in getting to know the beauty of your own existence'

Dark moods, stress, PTSD, anxiety, and trauma almost resulted in former Royal Marine Sam Murray taking his own life.
It can be difficult to comprehend the levels of stress that Royal Marine Commandos must experience during and after their years of service. After hitting rock bottom, Sam embarked upon a difficult journey of self-awakening and personal development after discovering cold water and breathwork to be a life-changing combination.
Inspired to help others overcome similar challenges, Sam has since co-founded the Breath Connection with his partner Miranda Bailey, a Nutritional Therapist and Breathwork Practitioner, as they now help others to "unlock the power of the breath to build resilience and reduce their stress.
In this episode of the On a Mission podcast, Sam and Miranda discuss how their definition of success has evolved as they have evolved and share practical antidotes to rebalance a stressed mind and body.
Could cold water immersion and breathwork be the key to unlocking the potential we all have within us?
KEY TAKEAWAYS
Most trauma has the devastating effect it does, because it triggers a memory or feeling from childhood that has yet to be addressed and resolved.
We all know the answers that can lead us from darkness into the light, but we simply have to find a way of awakening these solutions within ourselves. Breathing, in Sam's case, was the key to unlocking this.
Meditation and breath work performed first thing in the morning, can help to set your mind for the rest of the day. Quietening the mind and connecting with something bigger than us is a vital part of showing up effectively.
Stress is a huge driver of human endeavour. Society teaches us that stress makes us somehow efficient, but this is not true. We have the power to manage stress through breath work, and should wield it as a power for good - alleviating stress and taking back control of our minds and bodies.
BEST MOMENTS
'I had an awakening'
'We need to be prepared to go to war within ourselves'
'I'm really interested in breath work for its capacity to help us manage stress'
'Don't get caught up in your own thoughts and your own BS'

The second of an epic two part conversation with Simon Squibb, the multi-millionaire on a mission to change the world.
Despite selling his business for more money than he could spend in his lifetime, Simon is hell-bent on giving it all away. He passionately believes we all have the entrepreneurial spirit within us and wants to encourage as many people as possible to break free from the shackles of the matrix to take control of their financial destiny.
Simon uses his viral social media accounts to reach millions of people every week to spread a message of positivity and hope through the possibilities of entrepreneurship without any of the fluff.
In his own direct manner, Simon is not scared to speak his truth as he warns people away from the next get-rich-quick scheme and explains why he thinks a lot of the advice given is hugely damaging, especially around leveraging debt.
He’s a man with a big heart and an even bigger mission; enjoy!
KEY TAKEAWAYS
The present education system is completely broken and doesn't give people the tools they need in order to exist in the world of today. We're still adhering to an archaic programme of what people needed generations ago.
Sometimes the best way of unlocking the entrepreneurial spirit inside us, is to harness the skills of another entrepreneur. Combining forces can be the key to unlocking our own power.
Business masterminds are born for two reasons - either the circumstances demand that they do something in order to survive, or they find their true purpose and make it happen.
We're conditioned to believe that in order to get through life, we simply have to memorise facts and slot into our pigeon hole in society. It takes an entrepreneurial spirit to see outside of these limitations and achieve true freedom.
BEST MOMENTS
'People freak out a little bit when you talk about change'
'A tool to live in the real world is how to manage money'
'The questions isn't "Are they an entrepreneur?". The question should be "What kind of entrepreneur are they?"'
'People come out of school thinking that cave life is better than being out in the wild. Being out in the wild is living!'

No matter how far we fall in life, there are always things to be thankful for. Life itself is a gift, and so long as you have determination, you can pull yourself out of any situation.
Authenticity counts for far more in the world than the manipulation that some believe is the road to success. People are drawn to kindness and instinctually feel the need to be kind in return.
Faking it till you make it is definitely a worthwhile strategy at the outset of your career, but you have to be authentic enough to follow through on your promises.
There needs to be some kind of benefit system in order to help the most vulnerable in society, but we need to make sure that the help doesn't encourage people to never try to make it on their own. And the system should never penalise those who do want to try to do better for themselves.
BEST MOMENTS
'They shouldn't ask what you want to be when you grow up. They should ask which problem do you want to solve?'
'When the sun comes up and you're hungry, it becomes fight of flight'
'You can fake it till you make it if you intend to follow through'
'A lot of people are penalised for wanting to do something!'

A personal journey.
I didn't think I had a problem with alcohol, but in 2021 I found that it had become acceptable for me to pour myself a glass of wine most nights.
The crazy thing was I was always looking at ways to improve my mindset and physical health, but up until that point, I’d excluded alcohol from the equation. You’ve got to have some vices, right?
The problem was I was no longer getting what I needed from my relationship with alcohol. It was starting to become a bad habit that wasn’t serving me. It may not have been the problem, but it certainly wasn’t the solution, and whilst ever I was using it as a crutch for an instant dopamine hit, I was avoiding doing the inner work that was required to help me live a healthier, happier and more fulfilled life.
I recognised that I needed to take a tactical break and stop drinking alcohol to really see what I was capable of.
In this special joint episode with James Burtt producer of the One Year No Beer podcast, I give an honest insight into what it was like going completely alcohol-free for 2022 with no agenda. I share the pros and the cons without any of the fluff, so if you’re considering making some changes, then this is worth a listen. The One Year No Beer Podcast will inspire you to take, or support your journey on a 30, 90 & 365 day challenge to stop drinking and focus on healthy habits. You can follow James Burtt Here: https://www.instagram.com/jamesburttofficialCheck out the One Year No Beer Podcast here: https://www.oneyearnobeer.com/podcasts/
