I have one question .do studies show any evidence about the effect of doing LASIK eye surgery on circadian rethym ?
I agree a vaccine put me into a febrile seizure as an infant. but I don't think it caused my seizure, my body was already predisposed to epilepsy. it was just the trauma of the syringe that finally unleashed the built up stress.

Thank you for some of the low impact low intensity and injury preventing exercise protocols. It's enough motivation to get me off my ass. I used to move a lot of weight and do a lot of cardio and then hurricane Ida happened and I'm trying to get back into the routine so thank you

Really helpful and informative channel Andrew! But the length of some episodes is a barrier to listening. 3 to 4 hours for an episode is too long for many, I believe.
The terms used by the guest were very professional and not easy to understand for general public who do strength training in order to get stronger. I wish he could speak in a way that people who are not necessarily professional athletes could understand the concept.
