“Proportional Representation” इसका विकल्प हो सकता है? या फिर उसमें भी ख़ामियाँ हो सकती है?
क्या ऐसी कोई निर्वाचन प्रणाली है जिस में कोई ख़ामियाँ ही ना हो? इसी विषय पर “एक सवाल, कई जवाब” सीरीज़ का यह अंक।
