Native American women are murdered at a rate 10x the national average, and are 2.5x more likely to be victims of sexual assault. A majority of these violent crimes are perpetrated by non-tribal members on Tribal Lands, and over half of them are never investigated or prosecuted. Why? Reb has a few ideas.
