Loving your own company is not something that comes easily for everyone. Even if you feel that you are a good place with yourself, the thought of missing out, and wishing you were with others doesn't seem to go away. As someone who was constantly wanting to be surrounded by friends and not wanting to spend any time on my own, it became exhausting to dread my own company this way.
In todays episode we talk about who you are surrounding yourself by, toxic people, enjoying your own company, the need to prove ourselves to others, and self sabotage when there are good people in our life.
