Today’s show features an interview with Dr. Holly Wyatt. Chris and her met on the hit show, Extreme Weight Loss. Dr. Holly’s research has helped dispel a lot of diet myths, one of them being: diet sodas cause weight gain.  We’ll take a deep dive into that myth as well as:
  • The difference between a public and private WHY?

  • Our first “Ask Chris” segment about being new to the gym

  • Mathew and Chris play, “Would you rather” and neither one agrees with the other.

  • Mathew shares a fatherhood story and gets vulnerable on a couple of things he is working on with his boys.
