Pappas was an NCAA All-American athlete at both Dartmouth College and the University of Oregon. She represented Greece at the 2016 Summer Olympics and she is releasing a new book, THIS WEEK! Alexi talks about her running career, her mental health and her new book. This conversation is full of vulnerability and awareness. Thank you Alexi for coming on to the show!
