49ers president of football operations/general manager John Lynch spoke with media Wednesday at the 2025 NFL Scouting Combine. From the podium, he delivered a number of offseason updates within the 49ers organization. Then, in and exclusive sit-down interview with Matt Maiocco, Lynch touched upon those topics at greater length, from changes to the coaching staff to the contract extension negotiations with quarterback Brock Purdy as well as wide receiver Deebo Samuel's trade request.
