As your practice grows and changes, so must your team! During the expansion season of my practice, I added one doctor and 2 additional staff positions which put me at 8 total support staff. Of those 8, 4 of them have started within the last 6 months! This gave me the opportunity (or rather the need) to grow and train up a new team. These 5 steps are what I have been following and I hope they bring some value to your practice as well.
