This Dad is a great Dad and Im so grateful he was honest in this. I have an almost 11 year old, very similar in many ways including Taekwondo and Scouts ( although possibly more social) and I turned on this podcast because I had literally just gone through a difficult parenting moment of enforcing a no screen limit we had set. I had the ADHD guys in my head as I was going through it which helped me to not cave in thankfully, but it was nice to turn this on after for support and validation.
