I am a physician assistant in Internal Medicine who has been practicing 29 years and counting. five of those years were full-time in a nursing home. disinhibition is commonly seen with cognitive impairment and in dementias. there's no doubt about that. p**** footing around this due to the shadow of the Goldwater rule or some such trash is a disservice to us all. look at what his niece says about him. the man is severely mentally ill and decompensating. wise up you all stop pussyfooting.
