Joy has been involved in sports as a chief producer, and then as the CEO of various sporting entities including Kolkata Knight Riders in the #IPL. He also anchored the FIFA U-17 World Cup in India. In short he is a mega source of vast information and experience. The other hobby of Joy's is to conduct sports quiz programs for which he is widely renowned. However, contrary to popular belief, he reveals that his memory is not his strongest suit, but at the same time suggests ways to improve one's memory. His clarity of mind makes him a delightful conversationalist, and not surprisingly, his views are much sought after as much as his expertise in sports management is.
