Show Notes

Discipline is a weird one isn't it, the discourse is so massively dominated by podcast bros telling you to dig in, and when I googled 'books on discipline', I could barely find one by a woman.

But it’s something should still speak about (even if it makes us seem podcast bro), because when we learn to harness it its hugely powerful, and actually sticking to a routine is so so much more important than creating one. The fact of the matter is that discipline is what actually keeps you going towards your goals when your new year's resolutions are crumpled in the bottom of your handbag.
