When you are tackling your day from a scarcity mindset, it brings you in a downward spiral that prevents you from leveling up. In this episode of the Spiral Up podcast, I’m going to share why this happens and how you can tackle it going forward.
Have you ever thought, “I just don’t have enough time”? Or “there just aren’t enough hours in the day”? Did you know that if you tell your brain these thoughts, your brain will seek out justification in the world that supports your thoughts? What if you changed your daily thoughts around time so that your brain could instead find evidence to support thoughts like, “I have an abundance of time today”?
