Jesus himself had asked God to change his circumstances, but God told him no. That extremely difficult no, in the Garden of Gethsemane, led to the GREATEST gift for the world to receive. Maybe you're facing a difficult no today. It could be a divorce or breakup, a denied promotion, a rejected offer on a house, or something else. While you can't see it yet, God has a greater yes beyond the hard no.
