Description

On today’s “All Good Things” podcast, Jason welcomes Grammy, Oscar and Golden Globe winning artist and producer Finneas, for an amazing interview and live performance. Finneas tells Jason about recently breaking his collar bone and the harrowing but also hilarious time he had at the hospital. The guys discuss Finneas’ upcoming solo tour in Australia, what it was like to win 8 Grammy’s, and how Finneas and his sister are working on a new Billie Eilish record and what it might sound like. Finneas also remembers following Jason on Vine, and hilariously roasts Jason for how much older Jason was than everybody else. The guys discuss writing the score for the James Bond film “No Time to Die” and Finneas even breaks down the song and how he came up with one of the key elements. Also, Jason goes over some of Finneas’ most powerful work as a producer and they discuss Justin Bieber, Benny Blanco and some of the intricacies in the song “Bad Guy.” Plus, RJ Culter’s amazing doc about Billie Eilish, Finneas work on Glee and Finneas answers questions from Jason’s 16 year-old son Wyatt, including what his favorite bagel order is. Finneas wraps up the pod by singing some songs live in the studio including “I Lost a Friend” and “Love is Pain.”
