Since adding an associate about 6 months ago, we have taken lots of steps to improve my practice. We are all familiar with the phrase "what gets measured gets managed" and that is exactly what we leaned into with the creation of our practice "Scorecard". This was developed with the idea that everything on there was able to be directly influenced by the staff and they would have incentives to hit certain goals. While it took a few months to lay the groundwork and see where we were at before setting goals, I am blown away by how effective it has been in my practice. It has resulted in having the best two months ever even with having massive snow storms and sickness bombarding us!
