Samuel J Herlihy, former frontman of Hope Of The States, embarks on his solo career with his debut single 'The Entire Span Of Human Existence'. Recorded on a cassette four-track recorder, the song is a haunting, reflective piece, recorded in his old school hall before it was demolished. Herlihy's first solo show is set for December 11th at St Pancras Old Church in London. Fans of Hope Of The States can celebrate as the band reunited for a series of shows and released new music. Herlihy's debut solo album is expected in 2026, with a follow-up single 'The Accident' dropping in November.
