Medsafe has started the process of independently testing Estradot oestrogen patches, after receiving several complaints about a sudden change in their effectiveness. Bronda Smith is the administrator for an online menopause support group and met with medsafe officials on Friday. She spoke to Ingrid Hipkiss.
