Sam Wallace firsts talks about some news around the NHL from Khudobin retiring to Sergei Federov's number being retired by Detroit (1:54 ). Then Sam starts talking about the Hurricanes with them hiring Fast as a development coach and a few players being signed to PTOs (6:09 ). For the last part of the episode Sam gives his predictions on the standings in the Western Conference. He first starts out with the Pacific Division (16:45 ) and ends with the Central Division (28:54 ).
