Once an unapologetic corporate climber, Jennifer Brick exited her thriving corporate career to follow her passion: helping pave the path for more people like her to succeed at work. Shortly after starting her YouTube channel, people started turning to her to help them navigate toxic workplaces and toxic job recovery.

Having studied trauma and healing for more than 20 years, both during her university studies and informally as a special interest, her approach is informed by the principles of restorative justice and compassionate inquiry.
