Robert Plant's Tiny Desk Set & PETA's Wool Request
Update: 2025-11-22
Description
Legendary rocker Robert Plant, joined by his band, delivered a career-spanning performance at NPRs Tiny Desk concert series, featuring a mix of folk tunes and covers, including a poignant rendition of Everybodys Song and a tribute to Lead Belly. The set concluded with Gallows Pole, a song originally sung on Led Zeppelin Three. Plant and his band, Saving Grace, are wrapping up their US tour and will head to the UK for a series of shows. In other news, PETA asked Plant to change his name to Robert Plant Wool for November to promote plant-based alternatives to sheeps wool.
