Tonight’s episode features a story by Pine Moon Poet, entitled “The Alpha Syndicate–The Secret Garden.” This continues the story of Markus Kent, an ex-cop who got headhunted to join an organization that handles things a bit more serious than shoplifters, vandals, and even murderers. Markus is now part of the Alpha Syndicate’s Whiskey team, and has already stared down otherworldly horrors in Egypt. In fact, we covered Markus’ first mission back in Season 6, Episode 17 of Horror Hill. While not necessarily required, you might have a deeper appreciation of this story if you listen to that episode first.
