sitting for extended hours is one of the worst things you can do. You're forcing yourself into an L. It cycles into pain when you're not sitting. get a standing desk, try to do cobra pose stretches every hour to stretch your back the opposite direction. Kettlebells are a great workout. Would recommend Keith Weber's program.
