Breast cancer at age 40 blindsided me in 2014.

Cancer blindsided me but then took me on the transformative path most of us don't realize we may need.

It ignited something so powerful that it compelled me to delve into extensive research. After over a decade as the host of some of the biggest shows ever on television, I went back to school to become a Certified Health Coach, wrote a #1 bestselling wellness book (YOUR HEALTHIEST HEALTHY), and, ever since my 2014 diagnosis—I have guided others to take back control of their wellbeing in ways we often do not even realize we can.

That's why I launched this podcast! To share with you just how accessible these habit and lifestyle adjustments can be. We simply need to be shown the way. So, come take my hand and I will walk this path alongside you.
