Description

You know what works better than asking nicely? Bribery. But when is it right to parent with positive reinforcement, and when is it okay to just pay the kid? Tori and Gwenna are talking all about the value of using incentives to teach your children to try new things and establish good habits. They also tell us whether or not their children get an allowance, and why Robux are just crypto for children. Plus, they talk about how to respond when something “isn’t fair” and fill us in on what it means to have a reasonable expectation of contribution (REC for short). Finally, they play a game of Double Standards all about the things they allow for themselves… but not for their kids.

I agree with this. I use totes. we have 6 kids & 2 adults in a tiny home. dressers are not a thing. Laundry is hard enough & someone one time said hey I use a tote system & I've never looked back each person has a tote for their clothes & a laundry basket above the washer and dryer for their clean clothes. I fill them up all week and on Sundays I hand them to the kids and they dump them back in the tote & give them back. it's amazing.
