Love your show, Dr. G. There's so much alignment in what we share and how we live our lives. I'm also a former Jersey girl 💕 I don't eat animals (11 years) and don't believe my body needs to in order to thrive into my older years. Since you're vegan, I would have also loved this show to suggest food combos that contain those important branched-chain amino acids spoken about. We only heard about eating a chicken's breast or a poor cow's body parts :( Future show, perhaps? Thanks for all you do!
