Welcome to a brand new year and the first episode of 2022. I start off the year with a super interesting guy. Bob Gitsham. During IMAZ I found myself questioning whether I want to continue doing these long Ironman events. Surely 17 is enough. After the race I was happy that I was able to finish but was disappointed in my time. The result was not what I wanted. The next day I attended the awards ceremony and watched the Ironman Race Day video where I saw Bob for the first time and this video inspired me to sign up another IM that day. Crazy but true. I trust you enjoy this interview as much as I did. Mahalo! Coach Todd www.nolimitstriathlon.com
Welcome to Episode 91. This was a very fun and unexpected episode with a volunteer from Ironman Arizona. Enjoy this one....I did. :) Triathlons would not be able to take place without all the support from volunteers who give up their time to help athletes achieve their dreams of becoming an Ironman. Mahalo! Coach Todd www.nolimitstriathlon.com
In this episode I chat with Olympic Gold Medalist Duff Gibson about his new book, The Tao of Sport, where we first met, my entry into coaching, strength training and much more.... I will be adding this to my stocking for sure! Happy Training! Coach Todd www.nolimitstriathlon.com

It has been on my list of races to race for quite some time. 2021 threw us many curveballs and this race ended being my last race of the year. We had an incredible trip. Arizona is awesome! Enjoy the episode. Mahalo Coach Todd www.nolimitstriathlon.com
Welcome to episode 88. In this episode I talk to you about how I was dreading the current training phase I was in. This dread led me to be curious if anyone else felt the same way.
