Today's episode is about an issue some artists have when they become addicted to fame and the high of performing. What effect does this have on their lives off stage? Is it detrimental to their state of mind? How do you deal with the come down? We will be extrapolating from an interview James Hetfield, the frontman of Metallica did where he admitted that he struggles with this and I'll explain how I combat this issue.
