He doesn't sound like he suspects these things. He sounds like he knows that's how it happened. Which would make sense why he didn't want anyone working the case.
Why is he so secretive? He should be happy that this podcast is bringing attention to this case. Doesn't he want it solved? Why is he making the victims kids feel guilty for pushing for this case to be solved.? It just feels off and very strange.
