I think the whole apology chapter was actually very self aware. To admit you say sorry when it doesn't really matter, but that you fail to say it when it does matter...and then realize you can go back and apologize for the things that really do matter because an apology has no expiration date if you're truly sorry...that was very self aware and these ladies missed it.
