Description

Felicia "ONYI" Richards, an artist and a healer,  helps us with grounding into joy. No matter what happens there is always joy to be found because that is the natural state of existence. Nothing can steal your joy.

Accountability and ownership come into play in remaining in a more positive state of mind. Her work drives people to realize they have agency and power when it comes to how they want to feel and live.

She suggests you stay in your power to feel your joy, and not attach to anger.  Anger can inform us about situations and we can thank that emotion for how it is teaching us.

Right now we are in a state of fear in our country and the world.  We are seeking blame.  She educates us in a  way to look at fear from a West African practice, and if you are looking for a new perspective, her teachings inspire us to be bold and own our personal energy.

She gives three quick tips for staying in joy over the next two weeks:

  1. Do what brings you joy - dancing, singing, and in the highest vibration you can be in,
  2. Be grounded.  Go outside, touch the earth.  Be in a reflection of nature.
  3. Use everything for a positive benefit.
