Matthew Phillips is no stranger to the Pacific Division after starting his career with the Calgary Flames organization and three years in Stockton, CA. He returned to the division last season with the Colorado Eagles where he led the club in scoring. Now he joins the San Diego Gulls on a two-year contract and is ready to help build the Gulls into a perennial contender.
