Tonight's story is an adaptation of a classic story. Simon, a kind-hearted woodcutter, shares his humble meal with a mysterious old man and receives a magical golden goose. As Simon travels, a funny parade of people gets stuck to the goose, bringing laughter to the serious Princess Rosalind. But the grumpy King isn't so easily impressed—he gives Simon a series of impossible tasks. With kindness, courage, and a little help from his enchanted friend, Simon proves that a good heart is the greatest magic of all.
