Acquired in a trade in 1988, Dirk Graham had a career year in his first full season in Chicago with 78 points and 33 goals. The forward played for the Hawks through 1995, serving as team captain. He won the Selke Trophy in 1991 for best defensive forward. After his playing days, Graham served as an assistant with the Hawk, and eventually as head coach for 59 games during the 1998-99 season.
