Broadcaster James May and a monkfish curry
This week James May joins Nick and Angela at Dish HQ.
After presenting Top Gear for 12 years, May now presents Prime Video’s The Grand Tour, as well as a cooking programme entitled “Oh Cook!”, a play on his famous catchphrase. May also hosted a travel series named James May: Our Man in Japan, and following its success, he hits the road again with a journey around the beautiful Italy.
James May loves a curry, so Angela cooks a tasty Sri Lankan Monkfish recipe, whilst Nick mixes the G&T’s. Round the table, they discuss James’ latest role as landlord of (half) a pub, his new series, Our Man in Italy and perhaps what the internet will remember him for, cheese.
