Take out your Soul Notebook and record every moment you notice yourself contracting in fear -  whether through judgment, irritation, withdrawal, or the impulse to control. Note the physical sensations, the thoughts, and the reactions that arise in those moments. Then write down moments when you felt yourself soften, open, or act from love - even while fear was still present. Observe what changed inside you. At the end of the day or week, review your notes with curiosity, not judgment. Let them show you how often fear or love shaped your experience, and how your heart naturally expands when you choose compassion for yourself and others.
