Nicholas Hustetler

Nicholas Hustetler is a 25-year-old man who was arrested for attacking two elderly people in Campbell, California. He punched the first victim in the face and even posed for a photo with the victim's cell phone. A week later, he attacked a second senior citizen. Police were able to identify Hustetler from the photo and arrested him without incident. He is now facing two counts of elder abuse.

Justin Cody Rackley

Justin Cody Rackley is a 30-year-old man who has pleaded not guilty to murder after a shooting at a house party that killed three people and injured two others. The shooting marked Sioux Falls' first triple homicide in more than 50 years. Police are still investigating the motive for the shooting.
