Joe says he doesn’t have a problem with Dolphins coaches showing emotion on the sideline — in fact, he wants to see more of it. But he’s tired of hearing the same postgame clichés from players about “heartfelt conversations” and “getting back to work.” At some point, Joe says, the talk has to stop and the results have to show up on Sundays.
