She and Liz sit down to discuss the magic that is The Works, (Sarah's sweat studio here in Charleston) and dig into her incredible story around loss. Sarah lost her daughter, Grace, at only 3 days old and it turned her life upside down. What transpired after is a story of heart, hope and healing. Sarah is as real as it gets and candidly shares how she teaches from the heart and how movement and breath literally saved her life.
