For almost six months his girlfriend, the main witness, could not identify anyone in a photo lineup, until she saw a photo of 15 year old Evaristo Salas Jr. She was sure that he was the shooter. Evaristo was convicted of murder, but his family, friends, and thousands of supporters believe he is innocent.
