A retired veteran of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and a globally recognized expert in corporate ethics, compliance, and financial crime, Pat brings over 40 years of field-tested experience to the table. From shaping national policy to advising international partners, his mission has remained constant: to empower institutions with the knowledge and tools they need to prevent, detect, and combat corruption.
