Description

Ep. #42 Doing things alone is empowering. In this episode, I discuss my journey to loving myself more and being comfortable being alone. I used to be very uncomfortable with downtime and being by myself. Over time I’ve grown and come to a place where I really enjoy spending time with myself. I like my own company and I would rather spend time with myself than with people who don’t lift my spirits. We chat through how to love yourself more, the journey to becoming comfortable alone and of course…we do a little POP! Of Culture.
