The core message here is that we often seek external changes without addressing the internal transformations necessary to sustain those changes. The law of attraction, for instance, doesn't work based on whether we're good or bad but on our energetic state and what we're aligned with. It's crucial, then, to embody the energy of what we wish to attract.


I delve into the importance of aligning with your future self now. This means making decisions and taking actions that your future self would, recognizing and eliminating resistance in your current life that doesn't align with where you want to be. This could involve changes in your job, relationships, and most importantly, your mindset and thoughts.


Understanding and applying the Law of Attraction is about more than just attracting external success; it's about attracting an internal state of being that resonates with peace, joy, and fulfillment, irrespective of external circumstances. True fulfillment comes from within and reflects our internal state rather than our material possessions or status.


Our highest aspirations, like reaching a state of 'heaven' or the highest frequency of love and positivity, are about tuning into the right frequency. This state of being isn't about meeting specific external criteria but about aligning our internal vibrational state with the qualities of love, forgiveness, and growth.


Visualize and consult with your higher self—the version of them that is five, ten, or twenty years down the line. This exercise isn't just about setting goals but about deeply understanding the kind of person you need to become to live the life you desire. This means letting go of what doesn't serve you, forgiving what needs to be forgiven, and stepping into your power as a creator of your experience.


It's important to start small, aligning your thoughts and everyday choices with your higher self's guidance. By making decisions that reflect our desired future state, like choosing healthier food options as part of a commitment to wellness, we signal to the universe our seriousness about transforming our lives.


By embracing this mindset, we can start to make the necessary changes in our lives, focusing on internal growth and alignment with our highest selves.
