Judge LaShann DeArcy Hall ruled that prosecutors did not provide enough evidence to prove Jordans motive in the murder. Meanwhile, Judge DeArcy Hall denied requests for acquittal and a new trial for Ronald Washington, the other man convicted in the case. Jordan, who was awaiting sentencing, is currently in custody.
