When our mind is focused on the have-to’s, future tasks, and the pressure of time, we’re out of flow with the present moment.
So learning to surrender to the flow of time, rather than feel pressed for more, can be incredibly helpful to feel at ease.
So allow yourself to come inside,
And follow your breath as it flows.
PAUSE…
Place your feet flat on the floor if you can.
And feel them connected to the ground.
PAUSE…
Gently place one hand on your heart,
And the other on your stomach.
Take a couple of deep breaths.
LONG PAUSE…
There is nothing you need to do,
Nowhere you have to be.
So relax your mind,
Let it all go,
And just be.
PAUSE…
Open your heart as you surrender to the flow of time.
Feeling the lightness of life moving with ease.
PAUSE…
The pressures of life feels so real,
When they swell to the surface.
Set the intention to be mindful,
And gently pull yourself into presence.
PAUSE…
Focus your mind on one goal,
To live in each moment with mindful attention.
PAUSE…
Feel the stillness of the moment,
Where time does not exist.
