And sink into comfort.
Allow your body to relax,
And your mind to clear.

Joy is the feeling beyond happiness
The fruit of the Spirit.

When joy finds its way to you, its infused with comfort,
Peace,
And love for the moment.
It’s an attitude of the heart.

Joy magically allows space for other emotions too,
Sadness,
Fear,
Or even anger.

Joy is known to blossom with connection.
To the Divine,
With loved ones,
Animals and nature,
And creativity.

Joy is here.
It’s within you.
A reservoir inside.

Take a moment now, to reflect on the past year.
Simply allow your mind to drift towards the joyful moments that occurred.
